At just two kilometres from the River Mijares and within the ‘Mijares Straits’ European Community Place of Interest (LIC), we find Peñablanca house of three floors.

On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large cooker with a five-burner hob and 90cm oven (ideal for groups of up to 22 people), coffee maker, juice squeezer, toaster, food mixer and all kitchen utensils. Living room with 42” flat screen TV, CD player with iPod & USB connectivity. Nordic wood burning stove heater with hot air vents to the bedrooms. Board games and library. Dining room with capacity for 22 people. Full bathroom with hair dryer. Patio doors to a large walled terrace with a BARBEQUE.
On the first floor we find three double bedrooms, all able to take an extra 90cm bed and cot. Two of these with south facing terraces and stupendous mountain views. Full bathroom with hairdryer.
Hot water throughout via instantaneous gas fired water heater.
On the second floor a spacious open plan loft area, which with large windows is light and airy and has excellent views of mountains and forest. Ideal for RETREATS, GROUPS, COURSES AND WORKSHOPS: MEDITATION, YOGA, REIKI, THERAPIES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
Peñablanca house can communicate with the adjoining Pasteles house via an internal lockable interconnecting door when large groups visit.

- 25% deposit on booking
- €100 returnable security bond per house.
- Method of payment: The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the reservation deposit by bank transfer. The balance is payable in cash on arrival along with the security bond, which will be returned upon your departure, once the house has been checked for any damage or losses
- Minimum stay: Two Nights
