Set in the beautiful Gúdar-Javalambre región, surrounded by pine and oak trees, within the ‘Mijares Straits’ European Community Place of Interest (LIC), stands Pasteles House at three storeys.
On the ground floor the fully equipped dining kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, four-ring induction hob and electric oven, juice squeezer, toaster, food mixer and full kitchen utensils. Nordic wood burning stove heater with hot air vents to the bedrooms. Full bathroom with hairdryer.
On the first floor we find three bedrooms. Two doubles, ‘Estambul’ (Istanbul) and ‘Campiña’ (Countryside), both able to take an extra 90cm bed, and a single room – all light and airy, with mountain and forest views. Full bathroom with hairdryer.
Hot water throughout via instantaneous gas fired water heater
On the second floor the living room with incredible views over open countryside, 37” flat screen TV, CD player with iPod & USB connectivity. Board games and library. Two attractive beamed roofed attic bedrooms ‘Nilo’ (Nile) and ‘Floresta’ (Glade), decorated with hand painted wall art.
Pasteles house can communicate with the adjoining Peñablanca house via an internal lockable interconnecting door when large groups visit, or when workshops require the activities loft area.
Private, south facing garden with impressive views, dining gazebo and table and chairs. Barbeque dining area.

- 25% deposit on booking
- €100 returnable security bond per house.
- Method of payment: The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the reservation deposit by bank transfer. The balance is payable in cash on arrival along with the security bond, which will be returned upon your departure, once the house has been checked for any damage or losses
- Minimum stay: Two Nights
